Encode Hyperlink Spaces
This flag determines if spaces within a hyperlink widget are encoded into HTML non-breaking space characters. When not encoded, the hyperlink text will wrap; however, spaces within the hyperlink will collapse into only one visible space. The default value is false for Rich Display File development and true for Genie development.
