Clear Overlapped Lines

By default, Profound UI will clear any lines (based on "cursor row" property on each widget) occupied by a record format that is written with the "clear line" property in effect. This is done to prevent overlapping HTML elements in the event that "clear line" is used to overlap multiple record formats onto the same screen area.

This value can be set to boolean false to avoid hiding any overlapped elements.
