Export Only Visible Columns

Starting with Profound UI Version 6, Fix Pack 0.0, we have included the ability to only export the visible columns of a grid. In order to use this feature, the hide columns option needs to be set to true.

In versions older than Version 6, Fix Pack 0.0, this functionality will only work properly with load-all (or RPG-driven) grids. This feature is only available for database-driven grids in Profound UI Version 6, Fix Pack 11.0 and newer.
