Date.isLeapYear()
Description
The Date.isLeapYear() API determines whether the specified year is a leap year.
Parameters
Year - The four-digit year to test.
Return Value
A Boolean value of true if the year is a leap year; otherwise, false.
Example
console.log(Date.isLeapYear(2017)); // outputs false
