The Array API contains the Profound.js APIs used to search, sort, combine, and copy arrays, tables, and multiple-occurrence data structures. These APIs are the Profound.js equivalents of the RPG array operation codes and built-in functions.

The APIs in this section fall into three groups:

• Array methods - Called directly on an array that was defined with pjs.define(), for example arr.lookup().

• pjs array functions - Called from the pjs namespace with the array passed as a parameter, for example pjs.lookup().

• pjs table functions - Called from the pjs namespace and used with a table array (an array defined with table: true), for example pjs.tableLookup().
