The date.isLeapYear() method determines if the year portion of a date field is a leap year.
Return Value
Boolean value of true if leap year; otherwise a Boolean value of false is returned.
Example
pjs.define("date", { type: 'date', initValue: '2016-12-01'})
console.log(date.isLeapYear()); // outputs true
