This function clears the state set by the API, showAsWindow(), so that Genie Designer displays the correct screen in Design Mode after any screen has called showAsWindow().
Returns true, allowing it to be used more easily in the onsubmit event.
Example Usage:
Place stopShowingAsWindow() in the onsubmit event of the same screen that calls showAsWindow, and then the state set by showAsWindow will be cleared once that screen is exited.
