setTab( tab )

This method activates a specific tab within a Tab Panel or Tab Layout widget.

Parameter:

  • tab – the tab number to activate. The first tab is tab 0, the second tab is tab 1, etc.



See also the global method, setTab( tabPanelid, tab ), which can be called before the widget renders.



Example:

getObj("TabPanel1").setTab(1); // this activates the second tab
