Content Freeze

As of July 25th, 2023, there is a content freeze on this page.

Added in: v4.8.1

This setting is used to specify the number of Milliseconds to wait for long-running HTTP requests to complete before they time out. This is used by the Profound.js Connector and the pjs.Query() API, to provide sufficient time for Database and Remote operations to complete before the HTTP request is aborted. If not specified, this value will default to 3600000 milliseconds, which is 1 hour.

Example
longHttpTimeout: 9000000 // Set long HTTP time-out to 2.5 hours.
