Controls what the tool tip is attached to.
- Promptable? YES
- Possible Values:
'window' means the tip is always visible, even if the widget is not hidden inside layouts or if the widget is only partially visible. The tip will be fully visible. Use the default, 'window', in most situations.
'parent' means the tip is visible when the widget is; only use 'parent' if the widget is in an overflowed layout and the tip should scroll with the widget, and the layout is large enough to hold the tool tip.
