This API sets the pui.confirmOnClose and pui.shutdownOnClose flags to false and exits the application if it is deployed as a native mobile app.  If the the mobile app is packaged using Apache Cordova, the app is closed.  If the app is deployed using the Profound UI Mobile Client, the Profound UI Mobile Connections Screen is displayed.  This API is used in the PUISCREENS display file that ships with Profound UI.
Parameters:
message - optional message to display before the app is closed
